• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, guides, reviews, glossaries, educational articles, data and other material published on the Platform.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan. Monetary figures cited on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" refers to that entity.

User Eligibility

• Circumvent any technical measures implemented to protect the Platform or restrict access.

5.2 Informational Purpose

5.3 Account Registration

Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation;
• Harvest or collect any user data, email addresses or other personal information from the Platform without authorisation;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation;
• Use the Platform to facilitate any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or illegal gambling.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Platform and may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and its Content are owned by or licensed to 8eff. This includes, without limitation, the 8eff brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour scheme, written content, guides, reviews, graphics and underlying code.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property belonging to 8eff beyond the limited licence to access and use the Platform as described in Section 5.1. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 8eff.

Where the Platform references third-party brand names — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Pakistan Super League (PSL) and ICC — such references are made for informational, contextual purposes only. 8eff does not claim ownership of those marks and no endorsement, affiliation or commercial relationship should be inferred.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 8eff expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content on the Platform.

In particular, 8eff makes no warranty that:

• Information relating to bonus offers, wagering requirements, payment methods or game RTP figures reflects the current, live terms of any third-party operator;
• Any third-party operator referenced on the Platform is licensed, reputable or legally accessible in your jurisdiction;

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8eff's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Applicable Law.

Third-Party Platforms

The Platform may contain informational references to, descriptions of, or contextual links directed at third-party gambling and betting operators (collectively, "Third-Party Operators"). 8eff does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for the conduct, terms, practices, licensing status or legality of any Third-Party Operator in your jurisdiction.

When you choose to access or register with a Third-Party Operator, you do so independently and at your own risk. The relationship between you and any Third-Party Operator is governed exclusively by that operator's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and applicable licensing framework. 8eff is not a party to that relationship.

8eff does not verify in real time whether Third-Party Operators maintain current, valid licences or whether their services are accessible and lawful in Pakistan. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute arises between you and 8eff, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to prevent imminent harm.
